PRINCE2
Project and programme delivery is shaped with controlled stages, product-based planning, risk ownership and defined decision rights—so complex multi-stream work stays accountable.
Global Delivery Model
Work is shaped through three engagement models: Professional Services for assessment, architecture and implementation; Managed Services for monitoring, protection and continuous improvement under defined service boundaries; and Resource-as-a-Service for specialists, project managers and product teams embedded into client ways of working. Delivery practice is informed by PRINCE2 for programme governance and ITIL for service operation—adapted to each engagement, without unverified certification claims.
How we deliver
These frameworks inform how Bridge X runs programmes and services. They describe delivery method—not a public claim of every individual’s certification status.
Project and programme delivery is shaped with controlled stages, product-based planning, risk ownership and defined decision rights—so complex multi-stream work stays accountable.
Service delivery and Managed Services use ITIL-informed practices for incident, problem, change, request and continual improvement—sized to the agreed service boundary.
Delivery path
Clarify outcomes, current-state constraints, responsibilities, decision rights and acceptance expectations before delivery begins.
Define target architecture, security controls, integration patterns, delivery sequencing and operational acceptance criteria.
Implement in governed increments with visible quality, risk, dependency and communication management.
Hand over, move into managed operations, or retain specialist capacity—without losing ownership at the boundary between build and run.
Engagement models
The same delivery discipline adapts to projects, continuous operations and embedded capacity.
PRINCE2-aligned programme delivery with ITIL considered in design and handover—for assessment, architecture and implementation.

Delivery is organised around a Kosovo and Western Balkans delivery centre model designed for secure engineering practice, transparent governance and continuous collaboration with client stakeholders.
Specific locations, coverage hours, team sizes and language capabilities for a given programme are confirmed during scoping and shared under appropriate confidentiality.
